1. Eligibility and

men) and legally competent to marry as per Indian laws.
1.2. You agree to provide true, current, accurate, and complete
information during registration. You are solely responsible for the
authenticity of your profile, including photographs and personal details.
1.3. You shall not enter inaccurate, irrelevant, or promotional content
in any profile fields, including links or IDs from other matrimonial platforms.
1.4. Swagath Matrimony may contact you based on registration campaigns
via calls, emails, or messages to assist with your profile registration or
verification.
1.5. Swagath Matrimony reserves the right to reproduce your profile
across its affiliated websites and apps for better matchmaking.
2. Profile
Management and Suspension
2.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any profile that
provides false, misleading, or incomplete information, without notice or
refund.
2.2. Duplicate registrations by the same person are strictly prohibited
and will result in termination.
2.3. Any misuse of profile fields, including unauthorized sharing of
contact details, may lead to account suspension or deletion.
2.4. Registration must be for the genuine intent of seeking marriage.
Use of our platform for any other reason (e.g., dating, business promotion) is
strictly prohibited.
2.5. Commercial entities, competitors, or third-party services are not
allowed to register or use our member database for business purposes.
3. Account Security
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
3.2. Swagath Matrimony will never request your password. Do not share it
with anyone.
4. Role and
Responsibility of Swagath Matrimony
4.1. We provide an online interface for members to connect based on
shared preferences. We do not guarantee marriage or successful matches.
4.2. Profiles and matches are system-generated based on the preferences
you provide. These results may change if preferences are updated.
4.3. We do not screen or verify every profile. Users are advised to
conduct their own background checks before proceeding.
4.4. Swagath Matrimony implements security measures to protect user
data, but we cannot guarantee complete protection, especially during data
transmission over the internet.
4.5. The "Secure Connect" feature allows women to receive
calls from verified members without disclosing their contact numbers.
4.6. Once a user deletes their profile voluntarily, Swagath Matrimony is
released from any further obligation.
5. Role and
Responsibility of Swagath Matrimony Members
5.1. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your profile
information. Use a secure password.
5.2. Members must disclose key personal details, including health
conditions and marital status, at the time of registration.
5.3. Members should refrain from the following:
- Financial dealings with other members.
- Abusive or inappropriate communication.
- Sharing personal or financial information.
- Premarital physical relationships.
- Discriminatory, racist, or illegal behavior.
- Mentioning competitor platforms in communication.
5.4. Use recent (within 3 months) and authentic photographs in your
profile.
5.5. Be cautious with prospects who avoid video meetings, request money,
or show suspicious behavior. Report such activity immediately.
5.6. Regular activity, including logging in, expressing interest, and
responding to messages, improves matchmaking results.
5.7. Members are encouraged to explore safety guidelines
5.8. Upon successful match or marriage, the member should delete their
profile or inform Swagath Matrimony for removal.
5.9. Use only secure networks and devices to access the platform. Do not
use bots, scripts, or automated systems.
5.10. Do not probe or attempt to bypass security features of the
platform.
5.11. All payments must be made to official Swagath Matrimony accounts.
Do not pay Swagath Matrimony employees directly.
5.12. Members agree to address complaints directly with Swagath
Matrimony and not via public or social media platforms.
6. Termination and
Refund Policy
6.1. Swagath Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate
accounts for violating these terms. No refunds will be issued for terminated
accounts.
6.2. Members may delete their accounts at any time. Refunds, if
applicable, are governed by the separate refund policy.
7. Limitation of
Liability
7.1. Swagath Matrimony is not liable for:
- Misrepresentation by members.
- Any financial or personal loss arising from use of the platform.
- Any data breach caused by third-party attacks.
7.2. You are advised to independently verify the credentials of any
match.
8. Modifications to
the Terms
Swagath Matrimony reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Refund Policy
9.1. At Swagath Matrimony, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent matchmaking platform for our valued members. In line with standard practices across the matrimony industry, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all subscription fees and membership payments.
9.2. Once a membership
or subscription is activated, payments are non-refundable, regardless of the
level of satisfaction with the services provided or the success in finding a
suitable match. We encourage all users to review their membership options
carefully before making a purchase to ensure that the selected plan aligns with
their expectations and requirements.
9.3. Refunds are generally not entertained in cases of:
- Dissatisfaction with profiles or responses.
- Non-usage of the subscribed services.
- Early discontinuation of membership by the user.
9.4. However, Swagath Matrimony may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical errors resulting in failure to activate the purchased membership.
- Duplicate payments processed in error.
- If the platform discontinues or withdraws the service for which payment has been made.
9.5. All refund requests falling under the above exceptions must be submitted in writing to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of the transaction, along with supporting documentation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Swagath Matrimony reserves the right to approve or decline any refund claim in accordance with this policy.
10. Cancellation Policy
10.1. If you choose to terminate or cancel your membership, please note that any money paid towards subscription fees is strictly non-refundable, either in full or in part, under any circumstances. Subscription fees cannot be adjusted against any other service or transferred to another applicant.10.2. Your membership with Swagath Matrimony is for your exclusive personal use only. You agree that you will not authorize others to use your membership, nor will you assign or transfer your account to any other individual or entity.
10.3. In the event you choose to cancel your membership, the subscription fees remain non-refundable. However, if you purchase our services and, for any reason, are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Swagath Matrimony may issue a full refund for inactive orders only. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to orders that have already been activated with paid membership.
10.4. To request a refund for an inactive order, please include your order number (provided via email after your purchase) and, optionally, share your feedback on why you are requesting a refund. We value your input and use it to improve our services continuously.
11. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please note that Swagath Matrimony does not engage in any form of physical shipping or product delivery services. As our offerings are strictly limited to digital and online services, including profile management, matchmaking assistance, and access to member information, our operations do not involve the shipment, delivery, or logistics of any tangible goods.
11.3. All services are delivered electronically through our website and online platforms. Once your membership is activated or your subscription is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the features and benefits associated with your chosen plan.
